Anchor Pump and Engineered Equipment is a
merger of Anchor Sales Associates, Inc. (1981), Kriebel Engineered
Equipment, Ltd. (1989), and Pumping Equipment Co. (1961) and is a full-service
distributor and manufacturers' representative of the highest quality industrial
pumping, process and environmental equipment available on the market.

Long Island and Delaware.
Jim Tallia, P.E.
Jim started his career
working for a major petroleum refiner, moved to a lubricant
distributor, and eventually became an owner in an architectural
product manufacturer that he sold to a Fortune 500 company.
Jim acquired Anchor Sales Associates, Inc. in 2003, Kriebel
Engineered Equipment Ltd. in 2006, and Pumping Equipment Company in
2009. In 2014, the consolidated companies were renamed Anchor Pump
and Engineered Equipment. Jim is a licensed engineer and received
his B.E. and M.E. in mechanical engineering from
Institute of Technology and his M.B.A from the
University of Southern
California and is currently working on a D.B.A..
Doug Kriebel, P.E.
After almost 20 years as
sales engineer and regional manager with one of the world's largest pump
manufacturers, Doug started Kriebel Engineered Equipment, Inc., in 1989.
Now, after 40 years of industrial equipment sales in the Greater Delaware Valley, Doug combines his experience in large projects and
pump instruction to assist engineers at consulting firms, chemical and pharmaceutical corporate headquarters and refineries.
Doug has a B.S.Ch.E. degree from Michigan Tech, is a licensed engineer, a member of AIChE
and the 2011 Delaware Valley Engineer of the Year.
Doug has been an instructor at the Pump Users Expo sponsored by Pumps and Systems Magazine.

Charlie’s first meaningful job was with A-C Supply Co. from
1963 through 1981. A-C Supply specialized in power
transmission, material handling, motors, pumps and air
compressors. Charlie was a founding member of Anchor
Sales Associates in 1981. He served as President, Board
Chairman, and most rewardingly as Sales Manager. Our first
major lines were Peerless Pump.
Anchor has expanded over the last seven years, Charlie has
served as one of our specialists in pumps and VFDs providing
training and sales support as well as handling key accounts.
Charlie has a total of over fifty years of industrial sales
service in the Delaware Valley.
|Lisa Walton, P.E.
Nine years of engineering
for a major A/E consulting firm provided Lisa with a strong base in process system design, along with equipment
specification and evaluation. Since joining in 1997, her ability to analyze installations
has provided an added benefit to our northeastern PA clients. Lisa received her B.S.M.E from
Valparaiso University and her M.S.M.E. from
is a licensed engineer, and was honored in 1996 as the
Young Engineer of the Year by the Engineers' Club of Philadelphia.
She is a member of NSPE, PSPE and serves on the executive board of the
Lehigh Valley SWE
Along with covering Philadelphia and the surrounding counties
for all our equipment Frank is our lead Nederman salesman. His
over ten years of
sales experience including two working directly for Nederman
enable him to analyze, define and solve our clients' dust and
fume problems. Frank has a B.S.B.A from
and spends weekends tinkering with his current classic car
and is on the board of the
Philadelphia American Welding
Bob Joined Anchor Sales in April of 2011. He provides sales
and technical support to Northern New Jersey, the southern
counties of New York State as well as the 5 boroughs of New
York City. Bob brings a very successful sales history to
Anchor mostly in a Chemical Specialty technical sales
capacity. Bob’s sales efforts have assisted major
manufacturers of paints, coatings, inks adhesives, plastics
and personal care in new product formulations and
Bob’s educational background was strongly rooted in the
Biology and Chemistry fields and he plans to pursue his MBA
once he successfully expands and supports sales for Anchor
Sales in his territory.
Anchor Pump in July of 2017 as South-Central PA Regional
Manager. Steve has 15 years of industrial product sales
experience in and around the York, PA area. He will service
Anchor’s existing customers in his territory as well as
introduce our complete product line to new industrial
businesses and engineering firms. He attended Indiana
University of Pennsylvania and Lebanon Valley College where
he played football and ran track in his spare time. Steve
lives in the York, PA area with his wife and three daughters.
Steve and his wife are active members of the York Area Down
Syndrome Association. Steve also enjoys hunting, fishing, and
traveling with his family.
Nick is our new
Western PA Regional Manager. Anchor Pump has been asked to
expand into western PA by many of our principals and he will
be working to develop the region. Nick joined Anchor Pump in
October of 2017. Mentored by his father, Nick literally has
grown up in the pump business and plans to apply his
knowledge to the growth of Anchor Pump. He is a graduate of
Slippery Rock University and grew up in the mountains of
Somerset County. He now resides in the Pittsburgh area with
his wife and young daughter.
Mike joined Anchor
Pump in June of 2017 as Service Manager. Mike has been
working on industrial equipment for over 30 years and brings
extensive pump knowledge to Anchor Pump. He will supervise
pump repairs in our new shop as well as perform
installations, repairs, alignments, and preventative
maintenance at customer sites. Mike grew up in and still
lives in Bucks County, PA with his wife and two sons. Mike
enjoys fixing cars and hunting in his spare time.
Raised here in the Delaware
Valley, Rob came to the team in 1994 fresh out of
University. Now as the office and inside application engineering manager, Rob
offers solutions and answers to customers' needs and coordinates
activities between customers and our outside sales force.
Rob received a B.S.I.E. from W.V.U. and is putting his Eagle Scout rank back to
work as an active leader in his local
Boy Scout troop.
joined Anchor Sales in August of 2010. His primary focus is sizing and quoting
Variable Frequency Drives as well as customer service for pumps and parts.
Devin has years of motor, VFD, alignment and vibration experience having worked
for local motor shops in both sales and service.
In addition to going to school for learning computer networking systems in his
spare time, Devin repairs computers and spends time with his family.
A resident of Doylestown, PA, Mike
has been with Anchor Pump since March of 2017. His work ethic and positive
interactions with customers has made him an asset to the Anchor Pump team. Mike
is skilled in serving customers and is always ready with a solution to any
complaint. He makes it a point to be as available to Anchor Pump customers as
possible, and does so day in and day out.
Outside of Anchor Pump, Mike is a
personal trainer who focuses on positive lifestyle changes.
Rachel hails from Willow Grove, PA,
and has been a member of the Anchor Pump team since 2016. She graduated from
Kutztown University with a Bachelors in Business Communications. Rachel is
known for her professional courtesy and helpfulness, and uses these traits to
ensure quality customer service. Her degree in Business Communications has made
her extremely knowledgeable in the proper ethics required to keep Anchor Pump
joined Kriebel Engineered Equipment Ltd in 2002 part time to keep the accounts
receivables and payables in order. With the merger of Kriebel Engineered
Equipment, Ltd. and Anchor Sales she was put in charge of the billing and
collections of both companies.
Jamie has a bachelors degree in Accounting from
Albright College, is a Public Notary, and certified
